A Trip to USA!

30 July 2007: A trip to San Fierro, USA~

A boring day indeed, with literally nothing on earth to do: I decided to take a trip to San Fieros to catch a glimpse of night sky. I woke up in the morning at 10:00am and went ahead to the bathroom to washup. And things went on smoothly from then on.

At 10.36am, I went to my kitchen and prepared myself a set of sumptuous breakfast consisting of a cup of heavily sweetened coffee and 3 slices of toasted bread. Of course, scrambled-eggs are part of my everyday diet which I definitely cannot forgo. There may not be something on the kitchen bench but surely I've placed all of them on the dining table while waiting for my bread slices to be ready in the toaster. Looks like I'm a little more fit today isn't it? I've spent two hours yesterday cleaning and polishing my floor tiles until it shines not like a mirror but lots of diamonds.

Its time for a trip to San Fierro! Too excitedly I went ahead to my garage without even a change of an outfit before going ahead. I cant wait to watch the stars blink and shine onto me, and not forgetting the moon, it'd be really bright when seen from there!

You may not know, I have two cars. One an Audi A4 and another a BMW Series 7. I struck lottery? You must be dreaming. With such a big house, and also given its not the only one (which i'll show some of the rest later), as well as not one but two luxury cars, everybody must be thinking that I'm an instant-made billionaire. Not so, and I'm going to tell you why. In this society of ours is where most people enjoy being luxuriated in materiality somehow or rather similar to the ultra rich. I told myself this and I really succeeded enjoying a slice of the pie of the up-market segment. Guess what? I worked on the road day and night. My Beemer shone brightly under the gleaming rays of the sun everytime I drove around the town, and it really kept heads turning for no reason, or perhaps there were - I provided a niche service: Chauffeured Limousine Service. Or technically known as a taxi driver, which I've quitted being one with all the cash I have made from it.

Ahh, after all my hard work, this should be the time I relax and head for San Fierro!

Here I go!
Oh yes, I've almost forgotten to inform that our driver's seat has been switched to become the American style. I've gotten used to such differentiated driving experience, have you?

Bustling along the suburban streets, surely we cannot avoid the extremely kind and courteous driving behaviors. Everyone on the road is practising perfect driving, and I'm no special. (Look at my white-coloured car.) Everybody, including me, stops behind another with a 0.5m distance, and most importantly, we never fail to come to a halt at red light.

While driving, I realised that I'm feeling lucky today. This kind of luck was similar to what I've long felt two decades ago when I struck a deal at this Casino. I won $9,000 then, not a lot though, but the least I've struck a 9,000 bucks above break-even point.

I got out, and wanted to get my itchy palms polished with stacked of notes and coins at the Jackpot. However, to my dissapointment, I've yet to reach the start of its operational hours as it was only 12:41pm in the afternoon; it would only open at 4pm. At a choiceless situation other than to leave and go ahead as planned, I proceeded.

At the end of this avenue of Las Venturas - the gaming paradise on earth - I managed to make a U-turn and head back to proceed further. Look at my driving skill, isn't it extremely well?

Whilest reluctantly I proceeded on, I was truly amazed when I came across another Casino. This time -The Four Dragons. It's open, and I went in. At the Game Table, I slammed my bets together with all the gamblers.

What's my luck today?

Managed to get hold of my remaining cents, I got onto the highway at Verdant Bluffs, near the intersection of Mulloholand, and headed for the Airport to buy a sandwich. You must be thinking why the hell would I need to travel all the way there and get just a sandwich? Tell you, I've got a favourite sandwich shop inside the Airport! It has generous fillings in it, and most importantly, it has a plentiful of lettuce that made it so irresistably cunchy! Yummy...

I parked my car at an open-air lot at 3:14pm and wanted to walk there so that I can stroll within my inner peace (slowly) and enjoy the time while watching those silver birds taking-off orderly after another in the sky. However, it's almost 4pm and my trip to San Fieros would be delayed, so I drove there, forgoing my favourite stroll at the Airport.


Look, the first building on the left side of the drive-way housed my favourite sandwich shop. On the other side stood the Airport's departure hall. At 3.25pm, it was no wonder there wasn't much passengers and their transports around.

After I've gotten my Neptune Seafood Sandwich as lunch, I returned to the highway and travelled in the opposite direction and head to my hilltop house at VineWood to change an outfit. The weather was rather cooling, but not cold, so wearing some lighter clothes would be appropriate.

Wow, look at my speed: I've once again travelled at high-speed (177km/h) along this highway! I enjoy the dash of speed!

Okay, I was about to reach my hilltop house in just a stone throw away. At the Molluholand intersection, I used Exit 3A and proceeded towards VineWood. Look, the huge, huge sign which spells 'VINEWOOD; is just straight ahead on the hilltop! Travelling at a speed of just 73km/h which I always do at this part of the highway, I enjoy being a part of the bustling traffic at this huge intersection!

Upon reaching the foot of VineWood, I steered sharply into the second lane because my car was too long to go directly to the first lane. It's 4.33pm and I was gearing up to make my trip a little more enjoyable by cleaning myself up. I say: When feeling refresh, everything can be done at it's peak.

Look at this picture above. My house is above my car. I was about to make a sharp U-Turn and travel uphill.

Here I am, reaching my vacation house!

Okay, I've reached and parked the car at the garage capable of storing one large car. The reason for not having a larger one is because I seldom come to this house, as I only spend my vacations here. This location is very good for a great escapade; the air quality is really good - fresh, and full of negative ions. At times, I would invite friends and relatives and hold a BBQ on the grass patch here. Some would bring along their pet dogs appearantly they have enjoyed as much too, as seemed from their activeness (they have no facial expression), and given the wide open space. Here am I at my wardrobe cum bathroom. Oh yes, not forgetting to inform that I'm a great surfer! I often head to Mulholland Beach and sway my way on the lively sea. And there're really lots of bikini babes having fun at their own time! I longed to have fun with them... And i'm sure they'll head for me one day. ~.'


I was about to head to my bathroom! Ahem, there was actually always a surprise waiting for me there everytime i get in! You see, it's surprises... But hope you've not thought of anything explicit, because that surprise was just that my automated water filler could sense the atmospheric temperature and thereby filling a water of the perfect temperature just for me! It never fails to satisfy my needs, and of course, my wants too...... Thanks darling! ahh.

After bathing, I smelled and felt so good! And surely I look very good too!

This is my new outfit which i've bought at Beach Wear shop yesterday at Downtown. Noticed the yellow watch? It was at a special price! I loved it so much that I bought it at $3899 at Attitude. It's the attitude I love... Style~

I'm once again refreshed! So excitedly I hopped onto my car and left. Though only 23mins was spent inside my wardrobe, the sky was noticibly darkened, and the evening purplish sky appeared. Without the headlamps switched on, I thought someone might probably crash into my car.

Here I began another locomotion! Let's summarise my trips for today:

House -> First Casino
First Casino -> The Four Dragons Casino
The Four Dragons Casino -> Airport
Airport ->VineWood

I was then about to head for Sans Fierro. The stars and moon were starting to appear!


Street lamps were lighted up and the roads have changed to dark orange colour. It was close to 9pm and pedestrians started to appear in this night-clubs dominated town, with some other governmental buildings and offices which close operations at this hour too.

I manoeuvred into this street above that stood many light-density residential buildings with mostly middle-income families living in them. Noticed the distance between my car and the one in front of mine? Not very lengthy, yet I'm still 92km/h away. Anyway I managed to stop in time, by using my hand brake at the same time when applying the foot-operated break system. Good cars are known to have their own good engines that can move the car so fast. But many did not know why are there still so little accidents involving good cars. The relation is that their break-systems are as good.

Here my trip begins:

Entering the Highway via Mulholland Intersection once again, this time from Extrance 2B (Towards Las Venturas).
Wow, another record breaking speed! It is 205Km/h. Imagine reality without accidents, and thats so great. I will then buy cars that can travel at 400km/h.

It was getting darker as I drove farther, closer to pure nature. At some parts of this remote highway where there were no lamp, I could read the graphics not anywhere behind my car's headlamps. Strong beams had to be switched on, and occassionally had to extinguish the fog lamps so that on-coming road users' sights wouldn't be affected.

At sometime near midnight, I finally reached San Fierro. This is San Fierro's countryside backpackers' hotel. At this area, there are Room 28 - 52 ranging from small, non air-conditioned rooms, to bigger, too non air-conditioned rooms. I managed to check into Room 35, which is of the former catogory, for its size as I wouldn't need a big room for a night's stay and also for my small need for space.


There weren't much guests in the hotel at this wee hours. Probably because that day wasn't a weekend. At 1:07am, guests should have long fell asleep at their respective rooms because there wasn't a single soul strolling there. All room's lightings have been put out, and I could only decribe this place as a 'lively ghost-ly lodging'. The temperature was 19'C, and I could see vapours waving around with the wind.


Without ticking on the button which I normally use to switch off my car's lamps, I quickly dashed out of my car to avoid bumping into any wondering soul. Carring a small gynastic bag with me while I sprint wasn't much of a hassle, as I only brought some necessities like body-wears and toilettries along.

After settling down and rested at the room, I felt that this place was more positive than what I thought of earlier. So I decided to go according to the objective of this trip and went out of the room.

I sat along this bank facing the sea. I could see a few buidings far away and at the other side, hilly mountains. At this very moment, with the companion of tranquility and peacefulness, and as wind of various speeds ocassionally brushed around me and sea waves of different calibre could be heard at all times, thoughts, one by one, evoked my mind. I knew, I shouldn't make any negative resentment at any time during a vacation - vacations being vacation. I should say, there's really no control over something that cannot be controlled. True enough, this statement describes this vacation as an escapade and a getaway from the stressful life, to get a careful thought over what have been the disturbance of myself.

Sad enough, there wasn't any stars nor moon over at the sky. That's because clouds were over crowding the moon-lighted sky and it seemed to rain soon.

Amid these thoughts, I linked everything to the weather. After every storm there'll be a sunny day, guaranteed always. But when associated with something life and death, be it to human beings or materials, and I can guarantee. Cos' what will happen will be happened. Or rather, what's gone is gone, what's done is done. Some things just couldn't be undone or recovered. No reverts, but only regrets and memories. I suppose mother natures' ability has her limits in helping anyone none other than herself. Ultimately what has been, and will be, done on her is by the ever demanding human beings. The demand for great lives, and having standards that are always moving upwards on the scale all the time at various speeds are damaging. These have triggered more and more destructions to her and as a result causing inbalance of nature. The sight i'm enjoying now could well disappear in no time and I would no longer hear the sound of the chirping birds and the roving sea.

I would say, cherish everything. Yes, I mean everything. Not just for relationships or your beloved teddy bear. The last grain of rice you eat later could litterally mean the last. The street you walked on yesterday could be submerged underwater forever. No more clean water; pollutions everywhere.

The more I thought about this, the more I wanted to see the twinkling stars. Awaken from these series of thoughts, I got back onto my car and drove away instantaneously and head to nowhere, until I come to a spot where I could find them.

I got back onto the highway and sped throughout. All my belongings were still inside my room as I've decided to get back the next day to collect, and meanwhile giving myself another holiday.
After about half-an-hour, and reaching the end of the 200km stretch of cross-border highway, I arrived at nowhere and found myself at the world's acclaimed country club - Sounds. I drove inside, but found no people. That's my silly thought once again; how could there be much people when it's in the wee hour of the night?



I got out of my car and stood by its side, enjoying the lush of its surroundings. I wasn't trespassing, as it is free to enter at any time.

Still, when I see nothing on the sky, I decided to leave and hunt for somewhere else.

During my mid journey along another highway, finally I would say, I've found my desired pleasure; a perfect place to gaze at stars and the moon. I drove my car onto the shoulder, and parked it just on the grass patch, and left the car, leaving the door opened. Ocassional vehicles made their pass and I thought none might have recognised my presence as most of them zoom at the speed of 200km/h.

Kneeling on the slanted terrain, facing a river, looking upwards: I felt relaxed. At this instance, I felt lonely. Extremely. What's so good having tonnes of cash at home and all around the world, when cash couldn't bring me some of the joy? I have two five-seater cars and every time they only carry one person, which is me. I have countless properties, hundreds of rooms, but nearly all are empty at any one point in time. All I wanted was just some laughter by my sides and someone to talk to when I feel sad. I realise, whenever I have something to say, I have nobody to turn to. Not even my neighbours whose lifestyles are completely busy. At times, I could only ocassionally get into a pub and grab some lager beers, all alone. Feeling lost and neglected, how I wished I could be one of the stars up above, and shall I have companions. When they're missing, so am I. When they shine brightly, so will I, too. I would say, only whenever I'm feeling that way, I only have my cars by my side.

Just after a little while, whilest getting myself ready for breakfast at City Hall, I got onto my car and drove off. This time, I felt the urge to speed, but to my disappointment my fuel gauge was reaching 'empty'. Luckily there was a nearby gasoline station 2km down the highway.

I drove into the station and filled up my tank. I scanned my cashcard and was ready to head for breakfast. It was 5.31am then, and the sky was noticibly getting brighter; I might witness sunrise at the horizon.

While cruising passed Missionary Hill, near the Las Santos Airport, I could really see sunrise, in front of my car!

I used this street to get through to City Hall and have my breakfast at my favourite Chuckin' Bell Fried Chicken. The street looked empty and quiet.

While arriving at Chuckin' Bell's car park, I saw a great deal at the billboard: 2 for the price of 1! I was gonna enjoy a heavy meal!

I ordered a Tower Melt Burger and a Super sized Cola, including large fries and 2 piece of fried chickens, and I chose seafood sause over my chickens.

Sound a lot to you? No to worry! And as promised, Mr Chucky doubled my orders. I took quite some time to finish the entire meal. Feeling elated but bloated, I drove slowly to the nearest urban apartment.

So basically this house is my third showcase to you. Don't be shocked by the picture above, I own only the most ground level's apartment. Similarly, it has also a garage of a smaller size.

I went in, bathed, and changed into my previous outfit again because of the colder weather that day. As I lack some jeans at this house, I decided to go to Downtown and buy a denim jeans from Victim and then head back to the backpacker's lodging to collect my belongings. This time, I got my car's technician to drive my Audi here and at the same time ordered him to get my Beemer back to my house. And I once again go onto street on another level of comfort.

While I reach downtown, it's already close to 9am and everybody has reported to work at their offices. Therefore, roads now seemed emptier.

The Victim boutique is just located on the groud level corner of the building red coloured spots. I parked my car at the side and alighted.

After so long a trip, I finally reached an end and head back home after collecting my belongings. Of course, I got my beggy denim jeans at Victim priced at $3489 with lifetime warranty. With all the tiredness and fatigue, I dreaded myself to bed and slept all night.

Without forgetting to say something, I wouldn't leave. Good Night!
