To fall asleep? That hasn't been much an easy task for the past one week, every night without fail. I would silently howl away after every glance at my digital watch seeing the changes by the hour, only to realise i'm still wide, wide awake. It irks me that both feets feels cold and clammy.
Habit dies hard - I'm still googling 'how to sleep well' to solve insomnia. As if it would help.
