It is a school in a jungle with monkeys all over pointing fingers. That's all I could conclude. The younger ones hide, while the older ones lie atop them, collectively watching how the finger-system works. I couldn't believe there is a school in Singapore with extremely low morale in the staff. Are we too 'first world'? Or are their EQ too 'third world'? The top ones cover facts, the middle and lower ones suffer the process. Worse, so do the outside ones. It's just a system too rigid, albeit certainly nice on papers and appraisals. Everybody loves good appraisal, but is it a chore to be flexible? Material and realistic.
But I do understand the constraints of the poor few. I understand. No one owes another a living or two. So we shall stop the actions and give a halt to the induced one-way so-called 'interaction'. I shall stop providing the never-appreciated service. So will my team of loyal freaks. Not that I didn't want to clarify more, I was utterly wordless. I'm freaking disappointed.
Bukit Batok Street 52: a street of grief. I'll recover.
